VRT brings together decades of combined experience in electric vehicles, lithium-ion battery systems, collision damage assessment, emergency response, high-voltage safety, incident management, and field operations. Our multidisciplinary background gives us a unique understanding of battery incidents—from how damage occurs and hazards develop to the challenges involved in safely managing compromised batteries after an incident.

Our team has extensive hands-on experience with electric and hybrid vehicles, high-voltage battery systems, damaged vehicle assessment, emergency operations, and lithium-ion battery hazards. That experience extends beyond EVs to standalone batteries, modules, packs, and battery energy storage systems (BESS).

This combination of technical and response expertise allows us to approach each project from the perspective of the entire incident, not just the battery. From initial assessment and hazard identification through stabilization, mitigation, removal, and packaging, our team provides a coordinated path toward safe resolution.
